The ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is an onsite role based in Morrice, MI. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Hope Network Behavioral Health team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families. This role exists to develop appropriate programs and behavior intervention plans while supervising their implementation. The Behavior Analyst creates comprehensive and focused treatment plans for children based on medical necessity for the remediation of deficits associated with an autism diagnosis, continually monitoring learner progress to provide the most relevant treatment.

What you'll do

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners by administering tools such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, and Essential for Living.
• Creating and supervising the implementation of individualized goals and objectives for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Creating individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring implementation, and providing feedback.
• Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate.
• Capturing and contriving teaching opportunities in the natural environment.
• Supporting initial and ongoing staff training.
• Developing and retaining staff through performance reviews and development activities.
