Medical Assistant, Outpatient Clinic

The Medical Assistant role is an onsite, 13-week contract in Tarzana, CA, with a Monday–Friday day schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and no weekends. Pay is $30–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide clinical and administrative support
• perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, and document medical history
• perform blood draws and assigned procedures
• prepare patients, rooms, equipment, and supplies
• assist during examinations and treatments
• document clinical activity in Epic
• communicate with patients and care teams
• follow infection-control and safety protocols
• float to other suites in the building
• and maintain an organized clinical environment.
