Customer Service Representative, Hardware Store

What you'll do

• Assist customers in-store and by phone
• answer questions and guide customers to merchandise and project solutions
• suggest complementary products
• close sales and promote loyalty programs and offers
• restock inventory, maintain shelves and pricing labels, and perform general maintenance
• help load purchases into customer vehicles when needed
• learn about products, services, and vendor offerings
• share ideas for improving customer service.
