Job overview

What you'll do

  • Own development, implementation, and testing of spacecraft thermal control systems
  • design active and passive systems, including pump fluid loops and heat pipes
  • plan thermal cycle and thermal-vacuum testing
  • develop heater and cooling systems and control architecture
  • commission test stands and instrumentation
  • develop data acquisition systems and test scripts
  • conduct tests
  • document procedures and results
  • troubleshoot test setups and hardware
  • and analyze and present test data.
