The Warehouse Supervisor works onsite in Goodyear, AZ. Compensation is $69,000–$82,000 per year. GTI Fabrication manufactures custom enclosures and skids and performs mechanical and electrical integration for customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. The supervisor leads daily warehouse operations and material handling to keep materials moving accurately and on time to production. The role supports manufacturing schedules and customer requirements through team leadership, inventory discipline, safety, and coordination with production and supply chain partners.

What you'll do

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, staging, material movement, and shipping support
• coordinate material delivery and replenishment for production
• lead and train warehouse personnel
• assign labor and communicate shift priorities
• maintain inventory accuracy and ERP/WMS transactions
• support cycle counts and audits
• promote safe equipment operation and organized work areas
• monitor performance
• and identify process improvements.
