What you'll do

• Oversee daily hospice-office operations
• manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and clinical staff support
• maintain patient records and regulatory documentation
• serve as a contact for patients, families, referral sources, and team members
• coordinate billing, accounts payable and receivable, and insurance verification
• onboard employees and support credentialing and personnel files
• support compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
