The Director, Digital Analytics Architecture and Engineering is a hybrid role based at Collette’s headquarters in Pawtucket, RI, with a pay range of $180,000–$215,000 per year. The role joins Collette’s growing Engineering Team as the company establishes a new architecture for its Digital Products Systems. Collette is a North American tour operator focused on travel experiences. The director owns the strategy and technical direction for digital analytics data flows across websites, applications, portals, and downstream marketing systems. The role aligns engineering, marketing, product, analytics, privacy, and operations teams to deliver a scalable, compliant analytics ecosystem that supports lead intake, sales generation, and customer experience decisions.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain end-to-end digital analytics architecture and data flows
• partner with product management on technical roadmaps and change decisions
• translate business and compliance needs into technical requirements
• sequence quarterly projects and coordinate cross-functional delivery
• create testing and stakeholder acceptance plans
• own tracking, consent, and data usage requirements
• coordinate operational handoffs and identify production risks
• lead and develop a management structure as the portfolio grows
• establish data contracts, naming conventions, and engineering standards
• communicate architecture, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
