Clinical Dietitian I - PRN

Consults with and makes recommendations to physicians and other allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional status, needs, and diet plans. Formulates nutrition assessments, evaluations, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Documents nutrition treatment findings and plans in the medical record. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
