CNC Operator

The CNC Operator role is onsite in Delano, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The target hourly pay range is $18.50–$20.00, depending on qualifications and experience. Landscape Structures manufactures commercial playground equipment and designs community and school playgrounds. The operator runs CNC equipment to meet daily production standards, checks and finishes parts to print, and supports equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. The role contributes to producing quality playground components while following work instructions, safety practices, and continuous-improvement activities.

What you'll do

• Check parts for physical defects
• identify parts for correct printing
• load and unload CNC machines
• route and finish parts to print
• assist with moving heavy parts
• wear required PPE
• follow assembly work instructions
• clean the work area
• participate in continuous improvement
• assist with equipment maintenance, training, and troubleshooting quality or mechanical issues.
