Account Executive – Healthcare Sales

This role builds and manages a healthcare referral territory to grow home health admissions. The Account Executive develops relationships with referral partners, identifies business opportunities, educates partners about services, and coordinates with clinical and operational teams to support patient transitions.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other referral sources
• identify new business opportunities
• grow home health admissions and meet sales goals
• manage the assigned territory
• educate referral partners
• attend networking and community outreach events
• coordinate with clinical and operational teams
• maintain CRM records
• and execute territory plans.
