What you'll do

• Gather and document business and system requirements for microservices, API workflows, and modernization
• create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and structured documentation
• collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and operational teams
• facilitate clarification sessions
• manage backlog items and track progress in Azure DevOps Boards
• provide QA support as needed by validating user stories and acceptance criteria
• maintain communication with stakeholders and project leadership.
