What you'll do
- Triage patients using Lippincott protocols
- provide education and self-management support
- arrange interpreter services as needed
- assess acuity and urgency
- follow up on abnormal labs and patient requests with nurses and providers
- schedule appointments or arrange immediate care
- document plans and patient understanding in the EHR.

Why this role
