What you'll do

• Improve post-purchase communications and ticket delivery
• build AI-powered self-service and agent-assist tools
• develop internal tools for triage, routing, and knowledge retrieval
• improve fan satisfaction
• reduce contact rate and cost to serve
• maintain a roadmap tied to contact rate, CSAT, delivery complaints, and service costs
• partner with Fan Operations, Engineering, Data, Trust & Safety, and Supply.
