What you'll do

• Follow up on claim status
• bill and rebill claims accurately and promptly
• resolve credit balances and denied claims
• work aged accounts over 90 days
• maintain accurate account and insurance information
• post patient and insurance payments and adjustments
• verify eligibility and coverage
• stay informed about Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer changes
• communicate professionally and protect patient confidentiality.
