What you'll do

• Manage commercial electrical projects from contract award through closeout and warranty
• establish budgets, cost codes, labor forecasts, and cost-to-complete projections
• negotiate change orders, process submittals, and oversee subcontracts
• visit jobsites to inspect progress, verify safety compliance, and direct field teams
• lead kickoff and turnover meetings
• maintain project documentation, including RFIs, billings, cash-flow reports, and schedules.
