What you'll do

• Apply and document the nursing process
• coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
• evaluate and address patient-related and administrative problems
• delegate tasks and remain responsible for patient care
• work with patients, families, and allied health workers
• communicate with clinical and administrative leaders
• participate in unit meetings and quality improvement
• demonstrate competency in ECG, medication administration, restraints, and age-specific care
• follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures
• assist with staff orientation and supervise ancillary nursing staff.

Why this role
