What you'll do

• Assist with check-in, check-out, guest requests, reservations support, concierge coordination, and lobby presence
• serve as manager on duty for assigned shifts
• resolve guest concerns
• review arrivals, departures, VIPs, requests, room assignments, and guest profiles
• coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, and other departments
• train, coach, and schedule team members
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• monitor systems, cash handling, billing, key control, and guest records
• support room inventory, upselling, reporting, and emergency procedures.
