Director of Sales — Senior Living

The role supports New Seasons New Britain, part of Seaton Senior Living, which serves residents across the Mid-Atlantic and focuses on personalized care and enriching residents’ lives. The director leads community sales efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through outreach, relationship-building, tours, and follow-up. The role works with community leadership and clinical and operations teams to support a positive, resident-centered move-in experience.

What you'll do

• Execute the sales playbook, including discovery, tours, follow-up, objection handling, and closing
• advance leads toward monthly and quarterly move-in and revenue goals
• build referral networks through outreach and presentations
• manage inquiries and follow up
• maintain CRM data
• plan marketing initiatives and sales events
• analyze the market and provide pricing and positioning insights
• partner with executive and regional sales leadership
• collaborate with clinical and operations teams
• prepare sales reports and monitor performance metrics.
