What you'll do

• Manage the post-sale lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation
• identify growth opportunities and conduct proactive outreach
• develop stakeholder maps and account growth plans
• negotiate renewals and upsells
• maintain pipeline and forecasts
• partner with Customer Engineering on adoption
• and share customer insights with Product and go-to-market teams.
