Showroom Team Lead — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Lead the team toward daily revenue and metric goals
• support showroom KPIs
• manage appointments and walk-in traffic
• coach team members and hold them accountable for KPIs
• assist with floor management and staff scheduling
• act as sales-floor leader when the Showroom Manager is absent
• resolve customer issues
• oversee opening and closing
• conduct fittings and pinning
• coordinate with tailors and alteration specialists
• support onboarding and training.
