What you'll do

• Operate and maintain grills, ovens, and related equipment safely
• prepare and cook meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables to standards
• make pizzas and assist with food preparation
• monitor food temperatures and follow food safety guidelines
• maintain grill-station cleanliness and sanitation
• coordinate timely order fulfillment
• follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards
• assist with stocking and inventory
• follow health department regulations and company policies.
