What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• document and report changes in patient conditions, including infections, skin conditions, and weight fluctuations
• follow incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy order, and restraint-reduction procedures
• participate in physician rounds and collaborate with healthcare team members
• update patient records for room changes, admissions, and discharges
• use the Quality Life Manual to monitor patient progress in care programs.
