The Accounting Clerk role is primarily onsite in Reston, VA, with work also taking place at customer facilities and other off-site locations. Pay is $25–$40 per hour. What you'll do

• Receive and enter staff-purchase bills
• process expense reports, bank payments, and checks using QuickBooks and NetSuite
• monitor time submissions and approvals and prepare biweekly payroll time files
• answer the phone and receive deliveries
• maintain office organization and coordinate repairs and supplies
• coordinate shipping and disposal of HAZMAT and expired materials
• assist with data organization, document preparation, and proofreading. Customer invoicing, bank reconciliation, and additional engineering support may be added based on skills and interests.
