What you'll do

• Monitor the network and respond to service-related calls
• troubleshoot customer and network issues
• keep customers updated on resolution progress
• escalate severe or chronic issues
• track network events
• perform operational checks
• respond to circuit and facility outages
• isolate problems and coordinate restoration
• and document incidents and corrective actions.
