What you'll do

• Develop collaborative, individualized treatment alliances
• facilitate mental health groups in IOP and OP
• present addiction and recovery education
• conduct case management sessions, assessments, treatment-goal planning, and discharge planning
• coordinate with referral sources, families, and providers
• maintain timely documentation
• participate in treatment-team meetings
• carry the on-call phone for one week several times per year when applicable.
