What you'll do

• make three outside sales calls weekly and 25 cold calls weekly
• generate group business for meetings, conferences, corporate groups, social events, banquets, and catering
• build client relationships
• sell and coordinate catering services
• negotiate rates, packages, and contracts
• research market trends and opportunities
• collaborate with hotel operations and catering teams
• prepare sales forecasts and reports
• represent the hotel at industry events
• assist with event planning and execution.
