What you'll do

• Lead underground crews, contractors, and equipment operators
• coordinate production and development activities
• conduct inspections and safety meetings
• identify hazards and operational risks
• monitor drilling, blasting, mucking, hauling, ground support, and related work
• coordinate equipment, personnel, materials, and services
• monitor production against targets
• maintain shift reports and records
• coach employees
• manage shift handovers
• support continuous improvement.
