What you'll do

• Review scopes of work, validate pricing and costs, and prepare inspection and repair proposals
• liaise with customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities
• manage technically complicated or recurring work-order issues
• serve as the primary escalation point for fire-system issues remotely on a 24/7 basis and provide information to dispatch when vendor response is needed
• review vendor recommendations and modified scopes
• assess open service orders and prepare blind quotes or request more information
• write progress and resolution reports
• support associate development through technical training programs, standard work documents, and informational articles.
