IT Analyst II

Job overview

The IT Analyst II role is fully onsite in Charlotte, NC, with Monday–Friday hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is based on experience and is not specified numerically. The role provides technical support to executive-level and administrative staff for a Fortune 500 client. The analyst resolves complex end-user technology issues and maintains reliable support for executives and administrative teams. The role also coordinates with IT and business units, tracks incidents and requests, and contributes to service-level and support metrics.

What you'll do

• Provide high-touch support to executives and administrative staff
• troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, mobile device, and connectivity issues
• support Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
• deploy and maintain laptops, smartphones, and tablets
• support iPhone and Android devices and Microsoft Intune
• provide remote support for home wireless and internet issues as needed
• maintain incident, task, request, and problem records
• identify recurring issues and escalate
• liaise between IT teams and business units
• participate in after-hours/on-call rotation
• travel domestically as needed, with occasional international travel potentially required.
