What you'll do
- Assist in initial screening of new hire candidates.
- Conduct community outreach for recruiting.
- Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction.
- Provide ongoing/refresher training.
- Identify training needs based on trends.
- Ensure a fully equipped complement of operators.
- Document training activities.
- Establish relationships with client agency personnel.
- Assist in incident and collision investigations.
