What you'll do

• Lead and supervise planner teams

• plan for changing program and customer needs

• manage high-level events and logistics, including space and vendor services
• maintain team resources in OneNote and SharePoint
• serve as liaison for internal tools and reporting
• oversee staffing, hiring, payroll, scheduling, onboarding, training, performance management, metrics, and reporting.
