What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop fabrication technicians
• coordinate daily operations and customer testing deadlines
• oversee fixture design and installation
• ensure test requests and preparation documents are reviewed
• maintain compliance with safety policies, SOPs, quality manuals, and code of conduct
• oversee preventative maintenance and documentation
• recommend process and documentation improvements
• assist with facility tours as needed
• coordinate after-hours or weekend coverage as required
• collaborate on testing capabilities and service offerings.
