What you'll do

• Advise clients on international trade compliance and regulatory matters
• handle export controls, sanctions, customs law, and foreign investment reviews
• research U.S. and international trade regulations
• assist with EAR, ITAR, OFAC, CFIUS, customs, and trade-agreement compliance
• draft memoranda, compliance guidance, and regulatory filings
• communicate with agencies and support investigations and enforcement matters
• collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.
