The manager owns a portfolio of accounts and coordinates onboarding, quotes, orders, production handoffs, and customer communication. The work supports accurate execution and customer retention while helping customers adopt the company’s online ordering platform as operations move toward greater automation.

What you'll do

• Own customer accounts from quote request through delivery and reorder
• coordinate new-customer onboarding, samples, estimates, proofs, and first orders
• drive accurate quotes and sales orders with the estimating team
• coordinate artwork, proofing, production handoffs, timelines, and updates
• maintain account health and proactive outreach
• resolve customer issues
• support platform onboarding and adoption
• maintain accurate CRM and order-system records.
