Plant Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Boiler Endorsement Preferred)

The Plant Equipment Maintenance Specialist role is onsite in Spring Park, MN, working second shift Monday–Thursday from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM and Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, after approximately one month of first-shift training. Pay is $30–$45 per hour, flexible based on experience. The role supports production equipment uptime and plant reliability. The specialist troubleshoots and repairs production machinery, performs preventive maintenance, and documents work to support continuous improvement and production efficiency. The position works independently while aligning priorities with leadership and may involve mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems.

Why this role
