What you'll do

• Lead Registrar operations and supervise fewer than three staff
• improve registration, records, degree auditing, curriculum, graduation, and scheduling workflows
• lead technology adoption and serve as functional leader for Jenzabar (J1)
• oversee data integrity, analytics, and executive reporting
• support accreditation and regulatory reporting
• maintain FERPA compliance and secure records
• oversee enrollment verification, transcripts, degree certification, graduation audits, and record maintenance
• partner on course scheduling, curriculum, advising, transfer pathways, and commencement.
