The Associate, Sector and Strategic Corporate Finance is an onsite role based in New York, NY. Compensation is commensurate with experience. What you'll do

  • Work with senior bankers to win business and execute transactions
  • lead corporate finance analyses (valuation, capital structure, benchmarking)
  • analyze industry and company dynamics
  • drive production of client materials
  • identify origination ideas
  • coordinate execution workstreams
  • oversee and coach analysts.
