Fitness Instructor – Group Exercise

What you'll do

• Lead group classes as directed by the supervisor
• answer participant and member questions
• maintain knowledge of wellness information and trends
• follow class formats
• build relationships and connections
• adapt instruction to participants' capabilities, physical conditions, health, and culture
• record attendance
• follow YMCA policies and emergency procedures
• and report equipment issues.
