The Security Operations Center Specialist role is onsite in Wahiawā, HI, in a secure facility. Pay is $27 per hour. The position supports security operations for a government client and safeguards personnel, facilities, and sensitive information in a 24/7 Security Operations Center environment. The specialist monitors security systems, assesses and documents incidents, and coordinates or escalates responses according to established procedures. The role helps maintain situational awareness and continuity of operations across facilities and systems.

What you'll do

• Monitor access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, alarms, radios, and telephony systems
• assess, document, and respond to incidents in real time
• dispatch security personnel and coordinate emergency response when required
• maintain incident logs and shift documentation
• verify badges and coordinate visitor access
• communicate with government personnel, first responders, and stakeholders
• escalate incidents according to SOPs and post orders
• support continuity during emergencies or elevated threat conditions
• follow security, safety, and compliance requirements.
