Senior Estimator — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Lead full-scope estimates for complex commercial construction projects
• manage preconstruction budgets from concept through proposal
• lead design-build pursuits
• analyze drawings and specifications for constructability, risk, and cost
• develop value-engineering options and cost strategies
• build subcontractor relationships and lead bid analysis, scope leveling, and recommendations
• participate in bid-day activities and oversee buyout
• track historical cost data
• lead and mentor 2–3 estimators.
