What you'll do

• Conduct new-hire orientation and onboarding
• maintain staffing, training, and performance documentation
• assist managers with recruiting hourly and temporary staff
• support time-and-attendance processes for weekly payroll
• answer employee and management questions about policies
• assist with benefits and enrollment
• maintain HRIS records and reports
• support employee engagement and events.
