Personal Caregiver — Part-Time

Job overview

The Personal Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in the Galveston, Texas area. Pay is $14–$16 per hour. The caregiver supports Home Helpers of SE Houston’s in-home services for older adults and people needing recuperative or continuing care. The caregiver provides companionship and daily living assistance while following each client’s plan of care. The role also monitors client condition and communicates professionally with families and the care team to support respectful, dependable home care.

What you'll do

• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and personal care including bathing and toileting
• assist with daily living activities
