What you'll do

• Support fund- and asset-level forecasting, planning, sensitivity analysis, performance attribution, and scenario modeling
• monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic actions
• manage and evaluate fund-level debt, cash, capital deployment, distributions, and liquidity
• coordinate valuations and portfolio reviews
• underwrite acquisitions, developments, financings, and dispositions
• build and review financial models
• support transaction execution and investment committee materials
• prepare investor reporting and communications
• manage, mentor, and develop associates and analysts
• improve fund models, reporting, controls, and documentation.
