What you'll do

• Generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals
• conduct new-member Kickoff Sessions and movement assessments
• convert leads into clients and meet sales and retention targets
• create and update personalized training programs
• educate clients on technique, recovery, and health
• track progress
• maintain a clean training environment
• stay current with fitness trends and continuing education
• collaborate with trainers and staff.
