What you'll do

• Lead coffee and cold brew production
• coordinate quality control and approve batches
• oversee preparation and fulfillment of coffee bags
• prepare cuppings
• implement production improvements with the owner and operations leadership
• maintain sanitation and cleanliness
• assist with receiving
• maintain production equipment
• coordinate coffee rollouts, bean transitions, and inventory
• direct roasting adjustments
• source coffee and define roasting profiles.
