The Spa Front Desk Receptionist role is onsite in Egg Harbor City, NJ. The receptionist supports guest experiences by welcoming visitors, answering questions and calls, booking appointments, checking guests in, processing charges, and assisting with spa attendant tasks as cross-trained.

What you'll do

• Open and close the spa according to procedures
• book, change, and cancel appointments
• greet guests
• describe treatments, packages, services, facilities, and hours
• use spa computers
• maintain the desk bank
• answer calls
• promote spa services and retail
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• keep the work area clean, safe, stocked, and organized
• assist with spa operations as requested.
