What you'll do

• Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure team supporting 24x7x365 resort operations across multiple locations
• develop and execute infrastructure strategies
• oversee enterprise networking, telecommunications, wireless technologies, data center operations, virtualization, storage, and server infrastructure
• manage lifecycle, inventory, and refresh strategy for technology assets
• oversee Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, virtualization platforms, and Nutanix storage
• partner on enterprise projects, infrastructure initiatives, and cybersecurity programs
• ensure network and telecommunications availability, reliability, and resiliency
• lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection testing
• direct infrastructure change management and projects
• maintain standards, technical documentation, network diagrams, and procedures
• manage vendors, contracts, and service providers
• support operational and capital technology budgets
• travel throughout campus and resort properties for projects, deployments, and operational needs.
