Banquet Set-Up Attendant

Job overview

The Banquet Set-Up Attendant role is onsite in Mescalero, NM, at $15 per hour. Inn of the Mountain Gods hosts banquet meals, receptions, meetings, concerts, and special events. The attendant configures event spaces, prepares rooms, and handles breakdown to support smooth events and guest service. The role follows banquet event orders, maintains clean and orderly areas, and assists other service functions when needed.

What you'll do

• Set up furniture for buffets, receptions, bars, breaks, concerts, and special events
• perform occasional service and tear-down
• complete pre-event and post-event duties according to banquet event orders
• provide directions and venue information
• maintain clean work areas
• follow food safety and sanitation rules
• communicate with supervisors
• may fill in as a server, bartender, cashier, or assist with audiovisual work.

Why this role
