Information Management Analyst

The Information Management Analyst role is onsite at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL; remote work is not available. Compensation is not specified. The analyst supports the MARCENT Plans and Policy Directorate (G-5) with information management requirements and recurring reporting. The role coordinates information requirements, maintains portal and shared-drive information, tracks tasks and reporting inputs, and supports administrative processes. These activities help the directorate keep command information, task management, and recurring reports current and organized.

What you'll do

• Coordinate internal and external information requirements with MARCENT staff and action officers
• draft, update, collate, and track requirements, reports, administrative actions, and tasks
• maintain NIPR/SIPR portal and shared-drive information and execute SIPR-to-NIPR document transfers
• track tasks and update Read Books
• manage calendars and distribution lists
• collate DRRS-MC and Command Chronology inputs
• assist with DTS travel claims, AMHS messages, and directorate budget reconciliation
• track awards, appointment letters, rosters, training requirements, and points of contact.
