What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in the PCU, primarily for adults and geriatric patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia
• monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• use rapid response teams as needed
• provide feeding tube care, IV therapy and phlebotomy, blood product administration, central-line blood draws, peripheral-line care, PICC management, and IV starts
• use Epic charting
• float within OSU
• work weekends as scheduled according to variable unit needs.

Why this role
